Your Strategy shows you how and where to start on your data and analytics journey, keeping the approach practical, commercial and tangible. We often commence with the executive team of the business and cascade appropriately so the entire team has buy in and the process is sustainable.
We work with our clients to collaborate and document the strategy, specific to their business’ data and analytics requirements. The planning process and output is the core document that is refined and presented over time, and lay outs the journey the organization will embark on to deliver the required changed. The planning is segmented into logical components that explains how and when the organisation will develop and mature over time.
We help our clients assess the maturity of the organisation to determine the associated risk and opportunities prior to starting the process, then leveraging a framework specific to data and analytics. This framework includes all aspects of the end state operating model that is critical to deciding where time is best invested for success. This is a key input to the planning process and subsequent implementation.
We work with our clients to “get ready” for the pending change, to frame up the strategy and commence the critical readiness activities. Commencing with a top down approach, the readiness effort provides the client and outline of what is negotiable versus what is mandatory, which is fundamentally different to old school approach and methods.
We help clients get mobilised prior to the commencement and execution to ensure all parties both internal and external are aligned, including the understanding of the collective roles and responsibilities. This is necessary to ensure clients do not get ahead of the process by starting or making decisions that waste effort, time and ultimately dollars. The engagement strategies we work through provide the framework for the teams and individuals who are impacted by the pending change, that then enables the necessary buy in from the start of the project and are repeated throughout.
